About us
We are a multi-functional building in the heart of this community, offering a range of activities, events and opportunities for local people. We provide services according to demand and ensure provision for people of all ages. The building currently has on average over 500 visitors per month, with ages ranging from 0 – 95 years.
Our aim is to provide for all members of the community and feedback is important to develop new activities to sustain the Hall.
We work closely with surrounding organisations including Communities for Work, Rhondda Food Bank, Adult Education and the local Police Team, who use the Hall as base and to communicate with the community. Furthermore, the Youth Offending Service hire a space to carry out restorative justice work with young offenders, they also help with general building maintenance. The Hall is also hired for various events and activities including; party packages, social events, drama rehearsals, football presentations, local polling station, practice venue for the Tylorstown Brass Band, and much more.
